The Rob Machado Foundation donates recycling and trash bins made from 95% recycled materials to schools in need.
Many schools do not have the durable, visible and educational bins they need in order to promote a recycling program and to capture recyclables before they enter the landfill.
We work with schools that are not just motivated to recycle, but to reduce their waste footprint overall.
Our bins are currently at Flora Vista Elementary, Park Dale Elementary, Ocean Knoll Elementary, and La Costa Canyon High School in Encinitas.
If your school is committed to diverting waste away from the landfill and to educating staff and students on the importance of reduce, reuse, recycle, we welcome you to apply for our recycling program via our contact form.
